Barn Conversion in Bacup

One of our projects in Bacup, large farm house bought at auction two years ago built from coursed stone. At one time used for pig pens and farm workers housing, this large barn was in a very sorry and collapsed state, we have deconstructed the building and rebuilt a double skin wall internally with drainage and concrete floors, including Kingspan under floor insulation, eco floor joists, 22mm weatherproof chipboard flooring, manufactured roof joists, with a thermal water proof membrane to generate a hot roof with no thermal breaks. Presently waiting for the weather to subside to continue work, to get the property water proof.
